Skate 66 Rules & Liabilities

  1. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a skating activity provided by Skate 66 LLC.
  2. I understand that I am responsible for the conduct, safety, and awareness of all guests I invite or allow to skate during my booking.
  3. I understand that every individual who enters the skating area must agree to and sign their own liability waiver prior to skating.
  4. I agree that all guests skate at their own risk. I release Skate 66 LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
  5. No food or drinks are allowed on the skating floor.
  6. All participants must weigh 250 pounds or less.
  7. I understand that this is a pre-launch agreement and part of the first 20 bookings needed to complete the portable rink.
  8. This is one of the first 20 bookings as Skate 66 prepares for full launch. If the rink is not fully operational by August 1, 2025, I understand I will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  9. All participants skate at their own risk. Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the event and available on-site for supervision.

Legal Agreement

By submitting this form, I certify that I am the individual responsible for booking services with Skate 66 LLC. I confirm that I have the legal authority to agree to the terms listed above on behalf of myself and any guests I invite. I understand and agree that this waiver is binding to the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law.

I acknowledge that skating involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this activity. I release and hold harmless Skate 66 LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from participation in the event, including claims based on negligence, except for incidents caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct as defined under Arizona law.

I understand that this agreement applies to all claims arising before, during, and after the event. I agree that any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. I agree that any claim must be brought in a court located within Mohave County, Arizona.
